Jeffrey Gier founded Gier Event Management over six years ago after spending more than 22 years in the hospitality and events industry. His decision to launch GEM was driven by one simple truth: his standards were higher than what he was seeing offered elsewhere.
Jeffrey believes that guest satisfaction should always be 100%, no exceptions. His leadership style is hands-on, detail-driven, and rooted in accountability. Under his direction, GEM has grown steadily and successfully, earning a reputation for professionalism, consistency, and exceeding expectations.
